October 2008

I’m feeling concise today.

Now that summer is over, I may spend more time blogging. Maybe.

This blog is mostly a random smattering of stuff I’ve done. Yeah, and I’m feeling concise today, so hopefully pictures are worth a thousand words. :)

It’s fall and going on winter. Here are fall colors at Good Earth Village.

While I was at Good Earth Village, I stained eaves and underhangs. This fulfills all my desires for painting and home improvement in general. And I didn’t get stain in my hair!

We made a trip to the Mall of America. We had to take Andy’s mac book pro back to an apple store. His first one was a dud. It takes a considerable amount of time for them to conclude that a mac book pro is a dud so I was very hungry. We then had dinner at the first restaurant at MOA we could find with no wait, Tiger Sushi. Below is a caterpillar sushi.

And here is our first snow.

It’s a book machine

I saw this article about a copy machine for entire books. The result is a bound paperback book. Today I feel like technology is really headed in the right direction.

What’s In Winnipeg?

We were. Just for fun. Here are 1, 2, 3, and 4 days of photos!!

And just so you know. If you visit Canada, bring some gifts for Canadians. They gave us the impression at the border that Canadians really, really like gifts. We left without making any Canadian friends so I have to attribute this to our lack of gifts.

A picture of Winnipeg.
