Clean Clean Clean and Weddings and Gardening

Tuesday, May 29th, 2007

Why do people leave chips on the floor? I’m not going to dwell on it anymore, but still!

So this weekend was great. Eventually I might have some pictures too! Everything went smoothly. Thanks to all our friends for the big surprise too. :)

I also planted a lot of onions this weekend. I remembered how good Holes (by Louis Sachar) was as I was planting. I also planted four day lilies, but they didn’t look too good so I don’t have high hopes there.

I don’t have any profound thoughts today, but I’ll try and come up with a more substantial blog entry one of these days.

Very tired and something very awesome

Sunday, May 27th, 2007

So it’s two days after we were married and I’m very very tired still. I wasn’t that sore yesterday, but apparently it was just waiting to sneak up and be sore on me today. So I’m gonna try and recuperate today and do as little as possible. I also want to start going through all the wedding gifts and figuring out what old stuff needs to go for the new stuff to fit. That should be fun, but take a little bit to accomplish. Well anyway, on to that relaxing part I was alluding to earlier.

But before that something that is totally awesome.

No more David’s Bridal

Sunday, May 13th, 2007

I started this post a long time ago. Since our blogging community is fairly quiet, except for Pam (who definitely has the most interesting blog! :) ) I think I better post it even if it is only a sentence. I started writing this several weeks ago after I found someone else to do my dress alterations! It says a lot about how I feel about David’s Bridal.

Yay! I no longer have to deal with David’s bridal.

Yay, we’re getting married, and soon!

Here it is, and less than two weeks until our wedding. Today we may be filling in holes in the wall and painting. We also might buy a hanging basket for the new tomato plant I bought that is supposed to go in a hanging basket! How cool is that?
