So in preparation for the Friday Night Pot Luck tomorrow, Darcy and I made some shrimp etouffee. Apparently etouffee is French for “smothered”, and well it really does smother the shrimp. While we made it I took some pics!

It was pretty warm here at the time. But now its cold and snowing again. Not that the snow is going to accumulate. But it’s still big shocker after a couple weeks of mild weather.
